I Can the ebookThis may seem a little strong, but knowing that I can do as I set myself to do is very powerful indeed.

 

How often do you ask yourself if you can do something and know in your heart that you can go out and get it. It is a very strong and important point to know because when you know in your heart that you can do something, you know that you can also actually go out there and be  the person of greatness that you deserve to be. This is the principle, amongst many in the book, I Can!

 

Another way to describe thidr pointy is that you can and deserve to stake your claim on the good life.

As the good book has said, you can if you can conceive it. Essentially,  wide range of people often let themselves down by not believing in themselves at all and thinking they are less capable than they are really are.

 

I know I certainly was there at one stage of my life when I was in high school. I knew I was a good person but I simply had not the confidence and belief in myself. This caused me a great deal of pain and self doubt, that of course, I have learned now was not necessary AT ALL  and I hope to help you see this valid point, to recognize that you are great as you are. You may simply need to learn to trust your ability to visualize as you will definitely bring to yourself as you picture in your mind.

 

This is a point too important to ignore. If you think and imagine and then picture yourself succeeding, you will. If not, then you may stagnate which is never a good thing at all. Remember to picture and stake your claim on the good life for you. It is imperative.

 

Stake Your Claim on All that is Good Through Visualization

 

There are some people that are unsure about the power of visualization. Let me assure you it works. There are too many people who have said it works, and I tried it out for me to see for myself. I have been using this process ever since.

I fill my mind with positive ideas and positive images and start each day with a positive note that I am getting to where I wish to be and will succeed at all times. It is essential and I know it works. It will for you too.

All I ask is that you believe by imagining and picturing the result you want in your mind.

This will help to bring to you your desired result. It is proven over time to work without fail and it can again for you.

You will always be attracting to you what you think about. This is proven beyond all and any doubt and my highest recommendation is to never allow yourself to be held back by doubt, fear and frustration. Just go for it and jump, metaphorically speaking.

Forgiving and Forgetting- A Perspective

I know this is a very important point to consider, given that I have felt an amazing sense of relaxation and rest a day or so ago. What am I talking about? Forgiving and forgetting. You see, I practice what I write about, and I actually did the forgiveness exercise yesterday, and when I actually went to sleep, I felt a peace like I hadn't for quite some time.


I know I have been concentrating a bit lately on forgiveness, because it is so important for all of us to really get the best out of it. 


The laws of attraction work a lot better when we are free of any guilt and fear, as well as anger, in particular.  I know that I went through a time when I was typically very angry and upset as well as being unable to release the anger faster than it was welling up inside me. I know this may sound heavy, but I choose to tell you this, so as to prove that you can heal yourself and your life by choosing to forgive.


Essentially, I had been in a situation where my employment had changed dramatically, and I was also in a new country. I found the cultural change and the circumstances surrounding that change very difficult to deal with.

I spent each day doing my best ( or what I thought was my best), even though I was being held back due to all my anger. I saw that this was not working after a year and decided to really make an effort to resolve the issue.


I looked deep inside myself, by taking the time to reflect and write down everything that was annoying me and affecting my ability to be open to receiving all the good I actually wanted.

 

I finally wrote everything down, and was quite amazed by the size of the list. However, this list is critical to 'get the emotion and anger out' of your system. By following this method, you will not only feel and probably sleep better than you have in a very long while, but rather will leap ahead in bounds. It is just so freeing.

Ongoing Faith Issues- Knowing We Are Capable and have the Inner Resources

I think this is a very important point to note, in that we really all do have the resources to be very successful, and tackle any challenge that falls our way. Please note I have deliberately mentioned the word 'Challenge", rather than problems. You could suggest this is pure pedantics and symantics, but I am working to point out that the way we think affects our outer ability to deal with the things that life throws our way.


It is often as simple as learning not to react, but rather to respond. I am certain I have written about this important issue before, and feel it is very important to understand the fact that we can train our thinking to deal better with situations that occur. No one has yet been able to think clearly when they are panicking, and thus, I encourage cool, calm, and collected thought- reflection if you prefer.

 

Now, whilst I understand this is easy to say, I try to quiet my mind at night, before I go to sleep and then, I start to think about any issues that I want to have answers to. This has proven to be a fantastic way to get to the bottom of some issues, provided I allowed myself to remain calm. It also takes practice to reach a point where I was getting better at it. You may be very good as soon as you start, or it may take a little longer. See how you go.

 

Effectively, another way to look at it is to Erase All Thoughts of Doubt!

Concurrently with the above statements, you need to eliminate any doubt in your mind about your abilities. I understand you may not know how to achieve every step of a desired project or dream, but believing that you will find the way is critical to your success. Any trace of doubt can cause a massive rift to develop between your desire and reaching the goal. You really do need to know what you want, and have a burning desire of surety. This is intertwined with the faith issues we were talking about earlier.


I wish you to take the day to reflect on all you really want, deeply, and then prepare yourself for an awsome journey- You have what it takes and more.

Having a Plan- In Life and Business

Yes, we all need a plan.


I know there are free spirited people who like to go where life takes them, but really, it is a bit like  a boat on the ocean with no direction, and following thew wind. That is something you may do in your vacation time, but for a serious move forward, I think it is ambition suicide!


Sorry if I am too strong for you here. I do, however feel very strongly about this issue, and know that to move forward, we really do need to make a determined effort here.

 

As an example, when I was promoting my Tweeting for Success Program, I needed a plan, rather than just hoping for the best.


Another situation was when I needed to organise a repayment plan on a loan.


All these things require a plan, and that is why I recommend taking the time to think ahead and to make a decision based on resources and desired results.  Note that if the resources are not at the level that you want, you can actually take the time to increase them, again with a degree of effort and planning. Planning is about thinking about what you firstly Want,

 

  • Wants are First
  • The Current Situation You are In,
  • A Time Frame that is Required and finally,
  • An Implementation of a Plan to get from where you are to where you need to be to make it all happen!


I think you know that while the information is important in the first points, it is the final point where it all comes together and where you need to be to massively bring all your plans to life.


I know that this will be the beginning of the rest of your life, in a planned pursuit of excellence and success. Just sit down and work out what you really want. However, do not assume that it is just what you think you can do, but rather, aim for the stars. This is a  really important point to nail down. I really can assure you it will make a big difference in your overall life and results.


I have often found that by aiming high, I was able to meet my expectations, or at least gotten a lot closer than if I did only what I thought I could do. I always aim higher and push myself as high as I can to get the best result.

Welcome to Fundamental Performance

I will be writing on a variety of topics to promote your very best in life, and also to promote products that I believe to be of a standard to help you develop your skills, beliefs, and results in life for the very best that you can be.   Nothing is impossible, if you will it, believe it, and are prepared to strive for it. I know this may sound very simple in its own right, but it is true. Most people who have failed have actually come very close to their goals being achieved, without having realized that they actually came so close.   You see, the way human nature often works, people tend to give up when the going gets tough, and this is typically just at the point on the hill before it peaks. When I have looked back on events in my life, I realise I nearly quit just before I actually made it and that is the point I wish to make here. We really do need to make sure we develop a grit, or dedication that is absolute.
